RESOLVED Conduit incorrectly blocked AI requests 2026-09-15 18:00 UTC

Between 18:15 and 19:00 BST on 15 September, Conduit incorrectly reported that usage limits had been reached and blocked AI requests. Quota was available. The fault was a stale lock in our gateway after an upstream reset. It is cleared, and the service is working again. We are sorry for the disruption.

We are currently experiencing site-wide internet connectivity issues, which are causing some services to be unavailable. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore connectivity. The issue is proving complex, but we will share further updates as soon as more information is available.

We are currently migrating our AI server infrastructure from Gravelines, France to Dudley, United Kingdom.
